01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the bn77 website located at bn77.ws, or by registering an account, you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and bn77. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

Your continued use of bn77 following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. bn77 recommends that you review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of bn77 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced. bn77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), passport, or equivalent government-issued identification.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated agents may not register accounts.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of bn77, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

bn77 reserves the absolute right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met. Any winnings generated by ineligible users may be voided and forfeited without notice.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of bn77 services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing financial transactions, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may register and maintain only one account on bn77. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. The provision of false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bn77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• Account verification: bn77 may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete an identity verification process ("KYC") before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Non-transferability: Your bn77 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

bn77 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bitcoin, and USDT (TRC-20). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 or the equivalent in supported crypto. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in the cashier. bn77 does not guarantee processing times that are dependent on third-party payment providers or blockchain networks.
• Verification requirements: bn77 may require identity verification before approving withdrawal requests. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method where technically possible.
• Currency: Account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or the applicable crypto equivalent. Currency conversion rates applied by bn77 are determined at the time of transaction and are non-negotiable.
• Charges and fees: bn77 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Fees may apply to certain withdrawal methods or crypto network transactions and will be clearly disclosed before confirmation.

bn77 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or otherwise in breach of this Agreement or applicable law.

05 Cryptocurrency Transactions

bn77 accepts Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (TRC-20 network) as deposit and withdrawal methods. Users who choose to transact in cryptocurrency must be aware of and accept the following conditions:

• Irreversibility: Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. bn77 accepts no liability for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address provided by the user.
• Network fees: On-chain network fees (commonly referred to as "gas fees" or "miner fees") are borne by the user. These fees are not controlled by bn77 and fluctuate based on network conditions.
• Confirmation times: Deposit crediting is subject to the required number of blockchain confirmations. bn77 is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion, low transaction fees set by the user, or other on-chain factors.
• Exchange rate risk: Cryptocurrency values are subject to significant market volatility. bn77 is not liable for any loss in value that occurs between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal as a result of market price movements.
• Correct network: Users must ensure that USDT deposits are sent via the TRC-20 network only. Funds sent via incompatible networks (e.g., ERC-20, BEP-20) may be permanently lost. bn77 will make reasonable efforts to recover misdirected funds but cannot guarantee recovery and may charge an administrative fee for recovery attempts.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

bn77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. bn77 reserves the right to exclude any user from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where abuse or manipulation of the promotion is suspected.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
• No cash value: Bonus funds have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic wagering strategies designed to extract value with minimal risk — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

bn77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after users have already qualified, bn77 will honour the bonus for those qualifying users where operationally feasible.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on bn77 are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules displayed within each respective section of the platform:

• Finality of bets: Once a bet has been confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. It is the user's responsibility to verify all details — including the event, market, selection, and stake — before confirming any wager.
• Void bets: bn77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been incorrectly priced due to a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest odds error. Voided bets will be refunded to the user's account.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within each market or game and are enforced without exception.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of bn77. Bets placed after the outcome of an event or market has been determined will be voided. Network latency may affect the timing of in-play bet acceptance.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bn77 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud
• Money laundering or using bn77 to process the proceeds of any illegal activity
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market

09 Intellectual Property

All content available on bn77.ws — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of bn77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use bn77.ws solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Download, copy, or redistribute any content from bn77 for commercial purposes
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on bn77 content
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on bn77
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on bn77 content

Any use of bn77's intellectual property beyond the scope of the licence granted herein requires the prior written consent of bn77. Unauthorised use may give rise to legal action.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Loss arising from interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security
• Loss resulting from cryptocurrency price volatility or irreversible blockchain transactions

bn77's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bn77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall limit bn77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bn77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bn77 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or a notice displayed on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Minor amendments may be made without specific prior notice.
